For thousands and thousands of years we ate, drank, and exerted ourselves in order to and only to survive. Today our bodies adapt to the amount, frequency, and quality of food, water and exercise we get the same way they did thousands of years ago. Whether you are trying to lose weight, gain weight, or improve performance, understanding and knowing how to apply this is the key to developing an efficient fitness program that wont waste your time and will get you lasting results as quickly as possible.

I have been a personal trainer for over 10 years and I provide affordable and convenient training for my clients. I meet my clients where ever they would like to train and I bring all the equipment we need. I go to their houses, meet them at the track or park, train them at a beatiful downtown health club and spa, or where ever else is convenient for them and I develop programs that fit into their lifestyles. I start as early as 5:00am and train as late as 9:00pm 7 days a week(the only time I don't work is during the Cowboy games).
