Millions and millions of people are struggling to lose weight. They’ve tried diets, workout programs, hired personal trainers and joined gyms. They’ve spent countless hours and money on weight loss, only to be frustrated by failure when they step on the scale. The reason for their failure is simple. They are trying to do the wrong thing. Though it may sound crazy, the solution is just as easy. STOP TRYING TO LOSE WEIGHT and START TRYING TO LOOK GOOD, FEEL GOOD AND BE HEALTHY.
The idea of losing weight alone is not motivating. Nobody just wants to lose weight. People want to look good, feel good and be healthy. Losing weight is just something that happens along the way. If you are focused on a goal that doesn’t truly motivate you then you are probably going to fail. Determine what you really want and focus on it.
A complete fitness program must contain exercise, nutrition and sleep. No amount of one will make up for a lack of another. Develop a plan for all three.
1 banana
2-3 hand fulls spinach greens
1/2 cup water
1/2 to 1 cup frozen fruit
2 table spoons flax seed
Protein powder is optional
Blend a lot and add water or frozen fruit to get desired consistency
